Program Supervisor
Qualifications
Masters Degree in Psychology, education, child development or related field
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Experience with supervising and training direct service staff as well as parents
Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
Supervise individualized programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in natural settings
Review data and reports submitted by the direct care team and update individualized programs to assure programs reflect each child’s development and progress
Complete necessary documentation including graphs, progress reports, and discharge summaries
